500 years of the Peasants' War in Lungau: The Lions Club Lungau, the Lungau Museum Association Tamsweg and the Lungau Cultural Association present a very special feature film in the anniversary year "500 Years of the Peasants' War": "Götz von Berlichingen with the Iron Hand". The historical film by Wolfgang Liebeneiner from 1979 is a largely verbatim adaptation of Goethe's original. The film was shot at Moosham Castle in Lungau, with the legendary Raimund Harmstorff in the leading role, as well as Klaus-Jürgen Wussow, Sky du Mont and many extras from Lungau. This special historical film starts with an introduction to the Peasants' War and Götz von Berlichingen by Dr. Klaus Heitzmann.
